iThink is a courier aggregator company where we assist numerous e-commerce sellers to ship their products across multitudes of pin codes with the help of our courier partners. In simple words, we make the entire process of delivering parcels and smiles to customers easy for eCommerce sellers.
Our services extend to more than 26,000 pin codes across the country. How does that sound for expansion? Haha!

What duties does the job involve?
During your time as a Client Service Professional/ Tele Caller on our ITL team, you will be:
  • Enjoying your time with us
This we can assure you of, but apart from it, you will be required to:
  • Be empathetic and pleasant in conversing with the client (Kindness comes first, always)
  • Resolve client grievances through phone, email, text or Whatsapp
  • Possess great listening skills and patience
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette (Speak politely at all times!)
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow up with client and their complaints, ensuring that the customer’s requests are attended to and resolved accordingly
  • Maintain timely records of client interactions
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from clients and take ownership of client issues
  • Retain existing clients, making sure they are prioritized and helping improve brand loyalty in customers
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.

What you should also know
  • The initial 3 months will be an internship cum training period for learning more about the technologies used at iThink Logistics
  • After the successful completion of 3 months, candidates will be given the opportunity to work with us as full-time team members of ITL.
  • Full-time team members are required to stay with us for a period of at least 2 years.
